Explore the most three special markets in Northwest Vietnam. Experience the typical cultural features of the minorities in remote mountainous areas in Vietnam. With us discover Sapa area - one of the most wonderful places in Asia and a magical combination of landscapes, ethnic cultures and bracing mountain air.
Day 1 : Hanoi-Laocai(train)Pick up from hotel for the night train at at 9:30 PM to get to Laocai Station.
Day 2 : Laocai-Can Cau - Bac Ha(car or bus)(Sat)
Arrive to Laocai Station then take more than 2 hour by car along Viet nam &China border to Can Cau market. This is most interesting open air market in north Vitenam. The market deeply shows the typical cultural features of the minorities in remote mountainous areas in Vietnam. You can see colorful minority people as flower Mong, black Dao,Tay Nung.... back to Bac Ha for lunch. Afternoon spent 2 hour walk around Banpho village home of flower Mong people to know how they making strongest alcohol in Vietnam. Overnight in Bacha(B,L,D)
Day 3 : Bac ha-Sapa(Car or bus)(Sun)
After breakfast is the time to visit this traditional market with its entire colourful ethnic people such as: Flower H’ Mong, Phu la, Black Dao gather to buy and sell like pig, dog buffalo horse... and have party with lots of corn wine (strongest wine in Vietnam – 55 % alcohol).
After visiting the market and have lunch take 3 hours head up to Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.(B,L)
Day 4 : Sapa-Laochai-Tavan-Taphin-Hanoi(car+trek)
To day we go down to see Lao Chai & Tavan village to visit Black Mong, the Dzay people with around 7 km trekking. Enjoy beautiful landscapes, terraced paddy fields. Discover the live of the people with different cultures. Back to Sapa by car. After lunch we go down to Laocai station ,Stop over on the way to see Taphin village where Red Dao people living .Then back to Hanoi by night train.(B)
Day 5 : Arrive to Hanoi 5am get back to hotel by car. Trip end
