Not like other offers, this one is for those who have a little extra time and like adventures. We travel South of Sapa along picturesque Muong Hoa valley and stream, visiting of the villages of Hmong, the cultures of the Zay and homes of the Tay….There are some places of hard trekking but this really takes you off the beaten track, travel away from the crowds and stay home at the unspoiled Tay village
Day 1:Hanoi -Lao Cai- train ( train )
We will pick up you from hotel about 8’30 for overnight train soft sleeper with A.C to Lao Cai
Day 2:Lao Cai - Sapa ( bus + trek )
AM: 6h30 arrive in Lao Cai, Get picked up at Lao Cai Train Station then transfer to Sapa .Check in and have breakfast in the Hotel then you have free time to visit Sapa by your self .After lunch walk to visit the Black H’Mong people in Cat Cat village. Enjoy the waterfall in Cat Cat and beautiful sceneries on the way. Back to the hotel for dinner and enjoy the night in Sapa town (D)
Day 3:Sapa – Lao Chai – Tavan(car+trek)
After breakfast make sure that you have walking shoes and water – the guide takes you to visit the Black H’Mong tribe in Lao Chai villageWe walk straight from town down hills to the valley of Muong Hoa, we will be trekking along the rice paddies, crossing the stream and visit the Hmong village at our break. Picnic lunch en route and we keep hiking up and down the green hills to Ta Van village of the Zay people, you will be greeted by your host, free time in the afternoon to wonder around or join in some of the life activities here. Dinner and sleep in the house of the Zay.(B,L,D)
Day 4 :Ta Van-Ban Ho(trek)
You will not be sleeping that long in the morning at any villages when you trekking, since the noise of the pigs, dogs, cats….will keep you awake early and it would be nice for you to take part in an activity here with the Zay. Breakfast and say goodbye to the host. Today we will do about 7 hours trekking through forests, villages, suspension bridge and so to meet the locals working on the mountainsides or the rice terraces. We will break for a picnic lunch en route, keep trekking to Ban Ho village of the Tay people where you will be warmly welcomed by the host,have swimming and share the dinner with them, and stay at their traditional stilts house (B,L,D)
Day 5:Ban Ho-Sa pa –Lao cai (Trek+jeep)
After breakfast take 1 hour walk up to the main road and car or jeep back to Sapa,free time for shopping ,5pm take short trip by car to Lao cai station for night train back (B)
Day 6:To Hanoi
Arrive to Hanoi early in morning get a car back to hotel
